What started as a modest prayer event for the sanctification of priests now encompasses the entire world in a twenty-four-hour period and touches the lives of millions and millions of people as they collectively pray the Rosary in a real time relay that is truly spiritual – all because Our Lady gifted us with the inspiration of ‘20 Countries 20 Mysteries’ some sixteen years ago.

Join with the world to pray for Pope Leo XIV from your location wherever in the world you may be located, praying the Sorrowful Mysteries.
Other notable prayer events on 27 June 2025
- Prelude of prayer from The Basilica of Our Lady Guadalupe in Mexico
- Prelude of prayer from Pakistan – Saint Paul’s Parish Church, Karachi.
- Botswana South Africa all Deaneries of Gaborone Diocese and Francis town Diocese participating in the Annual Global Rosary Relay.
- The Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes is praying at four different times in four different languages, which is a great gift to The Global Rosary Relay 2025.
- In front of historic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris a group will pray the Luminous Mysteries at 8.30 p.m.
- Every continent will have extensive participation, all praying at their allocated times.
The Rosary begins at Our Lady of Magadan in Russia and in a real time relay visits every national Marian Shrine worldwide, along with all participating basilicas, cathedrals and churches, with family prayer groups the world over participating. The Cenacolo Community in Liberia at Saint Josephine Bakhita mission are joining the Annual Global Rosary Relay for the first time, along with many other new prayer locations.
The relay will end at the Thomas Aquinas College in the Our Mother of Perpetual Health Chapel (New England Campus) for those who pray on the east coast of the United States, and at the same time Thomas Aquinas College will close the day of prayer for 2025 at Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula California at Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Chapel (California campus).
We are currently working on issuing the notification emails to various prayer locations. You will receive this email and details as to which prayer location you will spiritually receive the Rosary Relay from and to which location you will send forth spiritually to, as this is an actual real time global relay. National, global and local television broadcasts by EWTN, with a number of radio broadcasts, including a national broadcast from Radio Maria Guatemala. A similar Radio Maria broadcast will also take place from Ireland, extending also to other countries.
All social media platforms are most active in sharing the good news of a local time of prayer, which is a tremendous gift to the world. Take out your camera phones, your Facebook Live, YouTube etc. And most important take out your Rosary beads and be all set to pray.
