On the last Thursday of each month The Worldpriest Global Apostolate is hosting a virtual Rosary Thursday.

The Anglican Shrine at Walsingham UK
This virtual Rosary Thursday time of prayer on 29 April will be led by Father Bradshaw SSC
Fr Ben Bradshaw SSC currently serves as the Shrine Priest at the Anglican Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, England’s very own Nazareth. Walsingham has been a place of pilgrimage for Christians since the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared in a vision to Lady Richeldis in 1061.
Destroyed by Henry VIII, the Shrine was restored by the local vicar, Fr Alfred Hope Patten in 1931, and ever since, pilgrims have once more flocked to Walsingham.
Prior to his appointment at Walsingham, Fr Ben has served as chaplain to the Bishop of Sodor and Man and also at parishes in Bolton and Devon.
Fr Ben trained for the Priesthood at the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield. During his time as a seminarian Fr Ben completed placements in Zimbabwe, Russia and also Iraq! With a real passion for the Church in Africa, Fr Ben recently completed a Master’s degree in African Christianity.
A keen walker, Fr Ben once walked 322 miles from Mirfield to Buckfast Abbey, without taking any food or money with him, choosing instead to rely on the charity of strangers! The walk raised over £10,000 for refugees in Africa. Walsingham Village | Welcoming visitors since 1061

Participating locations around the world
Following the receipt of a most generous donation, Worldpriest is in a position to present a new website development for you to follow: Participating Prayer Location List – Worldpriest. This new development allows for an even greater participation by existing prayer participants whereby one can search by country, city, prayer location name, mysteries to pray and time of prayer – all in a very user-friendly presentation. This makes all prayer locations more identifiable and fully accessible.
So wherever you are in the world you are only a click away from joining with your local prayer group, and or the location of your choice worldwide to join in prayer on the day.
Our Lady Ta’ Pinu Shrine in Gozo Malta their wonderful participation in the Global Rosary Relay of 2020.
How you can join in at your chosen location
This is an actual real time Rosary Relay circling the world in one 24-hour period. However, if you wish to join in prayer with another location also outside your local area simply search by mystery and join in prayer. Indeed many people pray more than once throughout the day, joining with different prayer locations worldwide.
Should your country, local shrine or local church not be listed as a participant, please email us and we will add you to our listings and guide you how best to participate or utilise the individual registration form to register as a new individual prayer location.
For large groups of people wishing to pray please email us and we will place your list of prayer participants on line as a PDF version. For example, see prayer locations currently in place from Canada and Uganda.
Another new and very important aid to pray has been put in place this year for people who may wish to join the day of prayer but who may live or be alone on that day. In that case you may sign up on line and simply join a world at prayer at the location of your choice from your home or other church prayer location. Use the online registration form for participation in the Worldpriest Annual Global Rosary Relay and choose from this prayer location list. Participating Prayer Location List – Worldpriest
We ask all participating prayer locations to make full use of enhanced technology developments available to all again this year – including all social media platforms, from live television global and national broadcasting to Facebook Live, YouTube or streaming from your chosen church prayer location. We can therefore all expect and pray for another huge success for 2021.
Last year the participating prayer locations were quadrupled in size, whereby we were so blessed to have almost 3,000 single prayer locations worldwide. Let’s double this further for 2021! It can be done, so let’s do it for Our Lady and for her much beloved priests.

This virtual Rosary Thursday time of prayer on 25 March will be led by Father John Broussard.
Father John Broussard, Rector, National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help, America’s Only Church-Approved Marian Apparition Site in Champion, WI.
Father Broussard was raised in the town of Willis, TX in the USA in a family with four sisters and one brother. Father John was home schooled through elementary school, and all four years of High School. During those years, Father notes, prayer in his family was an important aspect of his development. His family tried to pray together daily.
“I truly believe that my vocation was fostered in that time of prayer spent with my family,” Father Broussard said. “Praying with my family also helped to develop in me a love of the rosary, and a strong devotion to our Lady.
After Father Broussard graduated high school, he developed a great love and devotion to our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and found great strength and consolation from Him. As such, Father John decided to focus his attention on the discernment of a priestly vocation and, in the process, visited the Franciscans in Hanceville, Alabama, USA where he met Fr. Wade Menezes of the Fathers of Mercy.
Father John became a permanently professed religious brother of the Fathers of Mercy, a religious community through which he found mission work to be a grace-filled experience. Through the Fathers of Mercy he was assigned a resident chaplaincy at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Champion, Wisconsin.
Father Broussard began serving in his current role as resident Champion Shrine Rector in 2017, caring for souls and shepherding the Shrine spiritually through the unprecedented period of growth it has experienced since 2010, when it became the first and only site in the United States of America to have been deemed, ‘worthy of belief,’ by the authority of the Catholic Church, of being a world Marian Apparition site. By the accounts of Shrine pilgrims, Father John has been a steadying force of spiritual centering for all at Champion Shrine. During this period in which he has served as Shrine Rector, he has made catechesis a top priority, helping pilgrims understand and grow in their faith through active participation in it and practice of it.
“God has given me many great gifts. Simple things, like a strong faith, and a close family for me to develop in,” Father John said. “I know that God has led me in the right direction in my priestly life.”
The following people will pray the Luminous Mysteries in the following order, with guided meditations for each decade by Father John Broussard.
- First Luminous Mystery –The Baptism of the Lord in the Jordan – Father John Broussard.
- Second Luminous Mystery – Wedding Feast of Cana – Niall Kennedy KCSG Chairman of Worldpriest
- Third Luminous Mystery – Proclamation of the Kingdom – Peter Flanagan a friend of Worldpriest Dublin, Ireland.
- Fourth Luminous Mystery – The Transfiguration of Our Lord – Marion Mulhall – Founder Worldpriest Global Apostolate.
