Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your payment information, including credit card number so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refunds Policy
Since the only charges made for products on this website are to cover the cost of getting the products to you, it is not possible for Worldpriest to offer refunds. However, should your product fail to arrive or arrive in poor condition we will be happy to re-ship at our expense to rectify the situation. We also recognize that many people very generously give extra donations to help us with our work and should any problem arise with this we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis if you contact us by email at cards@worldpriest.com.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the product we require some time to fulfill any orders received but try to ship in just a few days. If ordered from the USA it will be mailed from our New York office by USPS. If ordered from any where else it will be mailed from our Irish office. All bulk orders for the time being will be mailed from our Irish office. You should allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If there are any problems with you shipment you should contact us by email at cards@worldpriest.com.
