INTRODUCTION
WorldPriest is a not-for-profit organisation, established to provide promote the priesthood.
In the early nineties the Quantum Advertising Group, with Marion Mulhall as CEO, was serving a wide range of commercial, bloodstock and religious clients, but moving towards creating the first professional advertising group specializing in serving the Catholic Church through the utilization of the communications media.
Internationally, Quantum developed advertising campaigns, with the Diocese of La Crosse in Wisconsin and the Archdiocese of New York. On home ground, Quantum’s work included web design and production, as well as print based promotional campaigns to promote vocations to priesthood and religious life for several Dioceses. These campaigns generated unprecedented media coverage.
In February 2000, Quantum received from Pope John Paul 11 his Apostolic Blessing on its ministry to the Catholic Church and to Catholic Priesthood. In which the importance of this ministry was reinforced.
In November 2000 Quantum hosted a breakfast meeting at the NCCB ( North American Bishops Conference) at their annual fall conference in Washington DC.
Marion's life was not just about making profits - she wished to do something good in the world. About this time she became a lay Carmelite. "The Carmelite Charism always appealed to her," she says, "in particular the writing of Saint John of the Cross and the Contemplative Carmelite Spirituality, she discovered in time it had a profound effect on her spiritually and to have led to a life changing journey.
This journey led to a clear path being shown in prayer to" Promote the Priesthood at any price". Marion has endeavoured to be faithful to this vocation on a daily basis through the utilisation of the communications media with its many facets, which eventually led her to founding Worldpriest.
World priest captured the interest of EWTN in the USA where in 2006 Marion was a guest on their weekly one hour EWTN LIVE programme with Father Mitch Pacwa SJ.
"I could never understand the absence in the Catholic Church of a world day of prayer for priests," Marion says. "So in 2003 www.worldpriestday.com was launched in response to Pope John Paul 11 call to the world in 2002 announcing that on the solemnity of the Sacred Heart the Church will observed annually the World Day of prayer for the Sanctification of Priests.
By 2004 Marion Mulhall as CEO along with her colleagues Niall Kennedy and Edward O’Neill had formed Quantum Universal Ltd as a not-for-profit company. This company developed the websites ww.worldpriestday.com and www.worldpriest.com - the central resource website for clergy worldwide. It handles the content provision, production and fund-raising.
By 2007 WorldPriest INC was incorporated in the USA as a not-for-profit incorporation. With Marion Mulhall as President, Monsignor Michael Curran as Vice President, Niall Kennedy and Edward O'Neill directors.

World priest was launched in 2005 by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Archbishop of Dublin, Ireland who said at the launch that " Worldpriest.com is an example as to how communications technology can be more than just technology it can actually be an instrument for fostering spirituality. I hope this service will be continued and deepened as the years go on. "
WorldPriest.com is under the special Protection and Patronage of Saint Therese of Lisieux. Who entered Carmel to pray for priests, we daily entrust our mission to the intercession of Saint Therese.
This website is continually being re developed, with many exciting phases yet to come.
Directors
Marion has worked with many prestigious advertising agencies, and has established various successful agencies in her own right. Over the years she has gleaned an unparalleled knowledge of the advertising and communications industry.
Niall has given much of his spare time to charity work and to the Lay Apostolate both at home and internationally. He is a former Supreme Knight of the Knights of St. Columbanus having previously held other senior positions at national level. He was President of the International Alliance of Catholic Knights up to 2005 and is now its Secretary General. He has served on the executive of the International Council of Catholic Men - Unum Omnes whose headquarters are in Rome since 2002. In 2009 he was elected President. In 2001 he was created a Knight Commander of St. Gregory the Great by Pope John Paul 11.
He runs the Irish division of a UK manufacturing company, is a director of a number of companies and is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, He is the Chairman of Quantum Universal Ltd.
Edward O’Neill has played a very significant role in the growth and development of the Quantum Group over many years, with his vast knowledge of the Internet & Web based Business, Internet Solutions and related industries. Edward is also a successful businessman and a Director & Secretary of Quantum Universal Ltd.
Monsignor Michael Curran was ordained in Brooklyn USA in 1981. He has been parochial vicar and later Pastor in Brooklyn and Rockaway Point (NY),
For 9 years He was Professor of Moral Theology, Seminary of the Immaculate Conception (Huntington, NY), and later he was for five years Director of Studies/Admissions, Pontifical North American College (Rome). Since 2006 he has been Vice President of Worldpriest INC.
